Podium Presentation Title: Clinical Outcomes of Subpectoral, Suprapectoral and Top-of-Groove Biceps Tenodesis Procedures

Biceps tenodesis is a common and effective surgery to treat recalcitrant bicipital pathology; however, the operative technique remains controversial. The objective of this study determine if there difference in clinical results among open subpectoral (SB), arthroscopic suprapectoral (SP), top-of-groove (TOG) patient-reported outcomes (PROMs.) for bicep (BT) procedures using global, self-reporting registry. Patients who had BT were identified Surgical Outcome System (SOS) Inclusion criteria isolated primary surgeries excluding those with rotator cuff labrum repairs. Additional search requirements included repair location 100% compliance pre-treatment 2-year follow-up surveys. This measured comparing 3 techniques American Shoulder Elbow Surgeons (ASES), Pain Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Single Assessment Numeric Evaluation (SANE) scores, at pre-treatment, months, 6 months 1- 2-years post-operative.
